You hired a resource for your digital marketing, a junior full of potential, an assistant who wants to grow? Our experts train and coach them on your real accounts, all the way to full autonomy. And since ADUX is an accredited training organization, your training expenses are easily eligible under Quebec's 1% law.
That's the share of employee turnover that happens within the first 45 days on the job (SHRM). A newly hired employee left to figure things out alone, especially in a field as vast as digital marketing, disengages, underperforms, then leaves. And you start the hiring process all over again.
Hiring is expensive. Rehiring costs a fortune. The data is unequivocal: what retains a new resource is the quality of their support in their first months.
Organizations with a structured onboarding and support process improve the retention of their new hires by 82%, and their productivity by more than 70%.
Replacing an employee who leaves can cost up to 200% of their annual salary, including recruitment, onboarding, lost productivity and lost knowledge.
Only 12% of employees believe their company does a good onboarding job. Structured support is the exception, and therefore a competitive advantage for retaining your talent.
The goal is not to make you dependent on us, quite the opposite. We train and coach your internal resource until they run your digital marketing themselves, with confidence.
We assess your resource's starting point and your business needs, then build their personalized training plan.
Hands-on workshops led by our trainers on the targeted skills, from the basics to advanced techniques.
Recurring coaching sessions: your resource executes on your real campaigns while our experts supervise, correct and push them forward.
The handover happens gradually, with clear objectives, until your team can fly on its own. We stay on standby, as needed.
All ADUX experts are trainers. Your resource learns exactly what we practise every day, not textbook theory.
Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, Spotify, geotargeting, programmatic banners: structuring, launching and optimizing profitable campaigns.
Value proposition, offer design, positioning: thinking through the marketing before broadcasting it.
Review management, dissatisfaction interception, satisfaction measurement, with the tools we deploy for our clients.
Conversion tracking, dashboards, reading results: making decisions based on numbers, not impressions.
Google My Business listing, landing pages, conversion journeys: mastering the foundations of local visibility.
Prioritizing, planning and delivering: the methods that let a lone marketing resource accomplish the work of a team.
In Quebec, the Skills Act (the "1% law") requires any employer with a payroll above 2 million dollars to invest at least 1% of it in training, and to declare it to Revenu Québec. ADUX holds a training organization accreditation certificate, and that changes everything for your accounting.
Training delivered by an accredited organization makes it easier to account for your expenses: you simply enter our accreditation number in your Revenu Québec declaration.
Accreditation is issued by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail: it certifies the trainer's experience in their professional field and their ability to teach, with a code of ethics governed by regulation.
In 2026, Quebec broadened the training eligible under the law to include mentoring and coaching, and simplified the process. Our coaching formula arrives at just the right time.
Any resource you designate: a freshly graduated junior, an assistant taking on the marketing mandate, a coordinator moving up in responsibilities, or yourself, if you are self-employed and want to master your own campaigns. The training plan adapts to the person's starting point.
If your company's annual payroll exceeds 2 million dollars, you are subject to Quebec's Skills Act and must invest at least 1% of it in training. Our training services can count toward this mandatory investment. Below that threshold, there is no obligation, but training remains deductible as a business expense; confirm the details with your accountant.
Accreditation makes it easier to account for your training expenses under the law: you use our accreditation number in your Revenu Québec declaration, which simplifies reporting and reduces non-compliance risk. It also certifies that the trainer has the required experience in their professional field, verified by the CPMT.
Both, depending on what serves learning best: video-conference workshops, in-person sessions and live coaching on your real advertising accounts. The exact formula is defined in the training plan.
A senior digital marketing profile is rare and expensive, when available at all. Training a motivated resource costs a fraction of that salary gap, builds loyalty (well-supported employees stay significantly longer) and creates expertise that knows your business from the inside. Our coaching bridges the experience gap during the ramp-up.
The risk never disappears, but it drops radically: structured support is precisely the factor that retains new hires. And everything we build together, documented processes, campaign structures, dashboards, belongs to your company and survives departures. The next resource starts from there, not from zero.
Tell us about your resource and your goals, and we will build the training and coaching plan that leads them to autonomy.
